Self-Employment Readiness & Legal Compliance Workshop
A structured, neuroinclusive employability programme supporting unemployed and economically inactive adults into safe, sustainable self-employment.

Your participants have the skills and the motivation. What they are missing is the legal foundation to trade safely and sustainably.
Without it they risk fines, early business failure, and a return to unemployment, taking your outcome data with them.
Ready to Launch closes that gap.
A four hour neuroinclusive workshop. Every participant leaves with a clear understanding of their legal responsibilities, a complete Launchpad Kit of professionally written compliance templates, and thirty days of follow up email support.
All delivered in plain English with no assumed prior knowledge.
Suitable for adults 18+ at any stage of self-employment exploration. Particularly effective for neurodivergent participants and those excluded by traditional training environments.
Includes the Launchpad Kit for every participant (retail value £249 each) and thirty days of follow up support.
Bespoke pricing available for multiple cohorts, larger groups, and tailored sector content.
