It’s not about diagnosing anyone. It’s about recognising the signs, reducing harm, and making small, reasonable adjustments that make a big difference.

Participants will learn how traits like executive dysfunction, sensory overload, masking, and demand avoidance can show up at work and how to respond with empathy, clarity, and flexibility.

The workshop is grounded in lived experience, backed by evidence, and tailored for real-world settings like SMEs and public sector teams.
