What Ready to Launch Delivers

A four hour neuroinclusive workshop that takes participants from exploring self-employment to trading legally and confidently.

Every participant leaves with a clear understanding of their legal responsibilities, a complete Launchpad Kit of professionally written compliance templates, and thirty days of follow up email support.

Core topics covered: business registration, client contracts, GDPR, complaints handling, financial obligations, invoicing, and health and safety basics, all delivered in plain English with no assumed prior knowledge.

Suitable for adults 18+ at any stage of self-employment exploration. Particularly effective for neurodivergent participants and those excluded by traditional training environments.

Pricing

£600 for up to 12 participants, includes the Launchpad Kit for every participant (retail value £199 each) and thirty days of follow up support.

Bespoke pricing available for multiple cohorts, larger groups, and tailored sector content.

FAQ FOR COMMISSIONERS

Q: Is this workshop accredited? A: The workshop is delivered by a CIPD Level 7-qualified HR professional and covers legal compliance frameworks. While not formally accredited, the content aligns with professional HR standards and employment law requirements.

Q: Can you provide evidence of impact? A: The workshop is newly launched (February 2026). We are currently collecting data from pilot cohorts and will provide case studies and testimonials from March 2026 onwards.

Q: Do you have safeguarding policies in place? A: Yes. The facilitator holds an enhanced DBS check and follows safeguarding best practice. We are happy to provide our safeguarding policy on request.

Q: Can you deliver online? A: Online delivery is under development and will be available later in the year. Please contact us if this is a requirement for your programme.

Q: What's the minimum/maximum group size? A: Optimal group size is 8-12 participants. We can deliver to smaller groups (minimum 6) or larger groups (up to 20) with adjusted pricing.

Q: Do you offer train-the-trainer options? A: Not currently, but this is planned for future development. Please register your interest if this would be useful.
